An essential Judaica accessory for Shabbat prayer
On Friday nights, the Kiddush is recited over a glass of wine or grape juice before beginning the Shabbat meal and before saying Hamotzi, the blessing over the hallah. Traditionally, the Kiddush was recited by men. Today, in many homes, either women or men recite the Kiddush. After the Kiddush is recited, the cup is distributed for everyone to sip from. Many families have a special cup, called a kiddush glass, set aside for this purpose.
This kiddush glass will be ideal for this important Jewish prayer. A delicate model, engraved with vine motifs: one of the 7 fruits of Israel. Essential element of the Jewish prayer.
A gift idea for a wedding, engagement, sheva brakhot or any other holiday of the Jewish calendar: Pesach, Shavuot, Rosh Hashanah…
